Only registered users can buy or sell images and related creative content on Nativ. Registration is free. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to keep your login details secure. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.

Key Definitions

Buyer: A registered user who purchases images, usage rights, or other creative services on Nativ.

Seller: A registered creative or photographer who offers images or visual content for sale or license through Nativ.

Custom Offer: A tailored proposal created by a Seller in response to a Buyer’s specific request.

Custom Order: A Buyer’s direct request to a Seller for a Custom Offer.

Order Page: The communication hub where Buyers and Sellers exchange information, share files, and manage the delivery process.

Orders: The formal agreement between a Buyer and Seller once payment is made through Nativ for a listed image or custom request.

Buying and Selling Images

• Images and other creative content on Nativ may be sold at prices set by the Seller.

• Buyers pay Nativ in advance to initiate an order.

• All payments must be made directly through Nativ.com.

• Sellers must deliver files and fulfill their orders professionally and on time. Repeated or unjustified cancellations may affect a Seller’s account standing.

Ownership and Usage Rights

• Upon purchase and full payment, Buyers receive the rights specified by the Seller — either standard personal use or full commercial rights — as stated on the image’s page or Custom Offer.

• Unless otherwise stated, Sellers retain ownership of their original work and grant Buyers a non-exclusive license to use it.

• Nativ retains the right to display delivered images and creative works for platform marketing and promotional purposes.

Seller Levels and Benefits

Sellers can earn higher account levels based on performance, reliability, and client satisfaction. Higher levels unlock benefits such as premium pricing, custom package options, and priority listings.
